How long does it take to develop a website?
Development time depends on scope. A simple website takes 2-3 weeks, more complex projects with custom features take 4-8 weeks. We work agile and deliver first prototypes after just 1 week.
What does a professional website cost?
In a free consultation, we clarify goals, content and functionality. You then receive an individual fixed quote. Recurring costs and optional services are listed separately.
Why custom code instead of WordPress?
The right technology depends on functionality and editorial workflows. Custom code offers specific adaptations; WordPress can suit existing plugins or a familiar CMS. Both approaches need technical maintenance and security updates.
Can I edit the website myself?
Yes! We integrate a user-friendly CMS (e.g., Sanity, Strapi) for content. We handle technical changes for you - usually within 24 hours.
Is the website SEO-optimized?
Technical SEO is part of the build: page titles, descriptions, internal links, structured data and a sitemap. We also check indexability and loading behaviour. Rankings and individual test results cannot be guaranteed across all conditions.
Do you offer maintenance and support?
Yes, we offer maintenance packages. Included: updates, backups, monitoring, and up to 2 hours of change requests. Emergency support within 4 hours. Pricing depends on scope and is set in the initial call.
Pricing & Payment
How much does a website cost?
In a free consultation, we clarify goals, content and functionality. You then receive an individual fixed quote. Recurring costs and optional services are listed separately.
What payment options do you offer?
We accept bank transfers, credit cards, and PayPal. Payment is made in 3 installments: 50% at project start, 30% at project halfway point, 20% before delivery. IMPORTANT: After project commencement and payment of the first installment, no refunds are issued (§ 312g BGB - right of withdrawal excluded for commenced services).
Are there any hidden costs?
No! Our quotes are comprehensive and include everything discussed. Any additional features or changes are communicated and approved before implementation.
Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?
The proposal specifies the number and scope of revision rounds. After launch, 30 days of support for bug fixes are included. Additional features and later changes are agreed separately.
Do you offer discounts for startups or non-profits?
Yes, we offer special rates for startups and non-profits. Contact us to discuss your project and budget.
